EASY Lentil Shepherds Pie 🥧 it's comforting, versatile, delicious and made with mostly store cupboard ingredients!! Serves 4: 🛒 Pie Ingredients: ▪️ 1 red onion, diced ▪️ 2 garlic cloves, crushed ▪️ 1 tbsp coriander ▪️ 1 tbsp oregano ▪️ 3 bay leaves ▪️ 2 tbsp tamari (see FAQ's) ▪️ 2 tbsp gravy granules (or tomato puree) ▪️ Chopped veg of choice (I used 1 courgette 2 carrots) ▪️ 1 can sweetcorn, drained ▪️ 1 cup frozen peas ▪️ 2 cans green lentils, drained ▪️ 1 can tomatoes 🛒 Mash Ingredients:
