Last night’s Special Town Meeting was one for the books! The High School Auditorium was packed, with overflow seating in the gym. After a late start due to the record turnout, voters moved efficiently through the articles. After 45 minutes of discussion, Article 1 passed with a vote of 1,045 (71%) in favor and 421 (29%) opposed. Total number of voters was 10,309.
