An al-Qaeda terrorist who plotted to bomb Bluewater shopping centre went before the Parole Board this week in a fresh bid for freedom. Salahuddin Amin was part of a five-strong al-Qaeda cell jailed for life in 2007 for planning a wave of UK bombings using chemical fertiliser devices.
