Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen (German: [ˈʊʁzula ˈɡɛʁtʁuːt fɔn deːɐ̯ ˈlaɪən] ⓘ; née Albrecht; born 8 October 1958) is a German politician, serving as the 13th president of the European Commission since 2019.
