Omega Block responsible for nice weather early this week
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – For the first half of the week, the sunshine and blue skies can be attributed to what’s known as an Omega Block. The pattern persists when a ridge of high pressure starts to build with two low pressures on either side of it.
