A High Court judge has dismissed a libel claim by actor and filmmaker Noel Clarke against the publisher of The Guardian, over reporting of allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behaviour.

Noel Clarke, who rose to fame in the early 2000s, has lost his libel case against Guardian News and Media (GNM), and a High Court judge ruled that he was not a credible witness.
