The car involved in a hit-and-run crash in Cocoa earlier this month has been located, but FHP troopers are still trying to determine who was driving during the crash.

ALACHUA, Fla. (WCJB) - Multiple lanes were blocked on Interstate 75 during rush hour due to a crash near the city of Alachua.
