The reigning America East champions, the Binghamton Bearcats, were voted #1 in the 2025 Preseason Coaches Poll. Binghamton received 6 of 7 first place votes, and 36 total points in the preseason poll.

The America East Conference men's lacrosse coaches expect the University at Albany to repeat as league champion. The Great Danes were picked first in the preseason poll released Tuesday. They received all six possible first-place votes.

Following the first conference title in program history, Binghamton was chosen first in the America East Women’s Lacrosse Preseason Poll. The Bearcats were a unanimous selection at the top with six first place votes and 36 total points.
