Nikola Đurišić has signed with the Atlanta Hawks after playing last season in the NBA G League, the team announced Friday. The 21-year-old Đurišić played 32 games with the College Park Skyhawks in the 2024-25 G League season and averaged 10.

NBA reporter Michael Scotto reports that Djurisic gets a three-year deal for $5.95 million, with the first year guaranteed. Djurisic, out of Serbia, spent last season playing in the G League for the College Park Skyhawks. He averaged 10.5 points, 3.5 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game.

The team announced Friday ahead of its Summer League opener that it signed Djurisic to a standard contract. The Hawks made a series of moves to acquire Djurisic in the second round of the NBA draft last year. They sent AJ Griffin to the Rockets in exchange for pick No. 44 before flipping it along with cash to the Heat for pick No. 43.

Jacob Toppin’s new free agency contract with the Hawks is a two-way contract. The Hawks had tendered a qualifying offer to Toppin making him a restricted free agent. While contract details were not immediately available, it stands to reason that he accepted his qualifying offer.
