Nic Claxton scored 16 points and the Brooklyn Nets pulled away after LaMelo Ball was lost to another ankle injury and beat the Charlotte Hornets 97-89 on Monday night.

LaMelo Ball missed the second half of Charlotte's 97-89 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Monday night because of right ankle soreness.

LaMelo Ball has already missed 18 games this 2024-25 season due to various injuries. Most recently, he was out for five straight contests due to an ankle sprain. Unfortunately for the Charlotte Hornets guard, he's back on the sidelines once again due to another health setback.
