The Oakland County Prosecutor's office reports an arrest was made from the Feb. 28 robbery at Subway in Waterford.

A cop who took an oath to uphold the law found himself on the wrong side of it. He’s suspected of theft from his brothers in blue.

Police said the man told the clerk he would blow their head off with a gun if they didn't give him all of the money.
