His tenure in the G-League for the Osceola Magic has been nothing short of incredible through his first two seasons, as the 26-year-old came away with 2024 G-League MVP honors in his first campaign with the team. This year, McClung is averaging 24.0 points, 6.0 assists and 3.2 rebounds while shooting 52.4% from the field.
It is starting to feel egregious, though, that McClung continues to participate without a roster spot in the NBA. Currently signed to a two-way deal for the Orlando Magic, the 26-year-old former undrafted free agent has played just five minutes in the NBA so far this season.
