Hurricane Erin strengthened on Wednesday as it headed north in the Atlantic. Here's the latest update, path, warnings and more for the Jersey Shore.
The Jersey Shore will feel some impacts from Hurricane Erin on Thursday in the form of rough surf, coastal flooding and gusty winds as the category 2 storm passes more than 300 miles off the coast. Coastal flood warnings are in effect along the Jersey Shore with Cape May County expecting major flooding, the National Weather Service said.
