The top-ranked Duke Blue Devils play for a berth in the ACC Tournament championship game, likely down their best player Friday night against the rival North Carolina Tar Heels.

There was a development in the ACC Tournament on Thursday that could have ramifications at both ends of the bracket. Duke All-American freshman Cooper Flagg suffered a sprained ankle in the first half of the Blue Devils' win over Georgia Tech in the ACC quarterfinals.

Storylines abound but the largest is Cooper Flagg’s availability. The favorite for Player of the Year in College Basketball sprained his ankle in the first half of yesterday’s win over Georgia Tech. There are rumblings out of Charlotte that the All-America will not play again in this tournament
