Bengals receiver Mitchell Tinsley had two touchdown catches on Monday night vs. the Commanders in preseason as he battles for a spot on Cincinnati's 53-man roster. He also received quite the endorsement from Joe Burrow.

Look no further than two of the most prominent teams in the 2025 quarterback market: The Pittsburgh Steelers added DK Metcalf to pair with Aaron Rodgers, and the Seattle Seahawks added Cooper Kupp to pair with Sam Darnold.

Cincinnati signed Noah Fant last month after he was released by the Seahawks. They brought in guard Dalton Risner for a visit this week. They've been proactive. It wouldn't be shocking if they looked for a proven safety—and Dugger certainly fits that description.

Free-agent guard Dalton Risner reportedly is considering a visit with the Steelers, according to an ESPN report.

On Tuesday, insider Jordan Schultz reported that Risner had visited and worked out with the Cincinnati Bengals. While both parties did not come to an agreement, Schultz reports they plan to stay in touch as the Bengals' offensive line remains a situation worth monitoring.
