Samsung is adding free screen repairs to its Care+ program for Galaxy devices as a new perk to the subscription.

For both new and existing customers of Samsung’s Care+ with Theft and Loss, the price for same-day repair of cracked screen and back glass is coming down from $29, to a total of $0. Customers can access these unlimited same-day repairs at over 700 Samsung authorized

In May 2024, Samsung's self-repair program with iFixit also ended, leaving consumers with fewer options for DIY repairs. At the time, iFixit was one of the few platforms offering authentic Samsung parts. The end of this partnership was seen as a setback for users who valued the ability to perform repairs on their own devices.

Samsung has now rolled out support for unlimited, free cracked screen and glass back repairs through its Care Plus Theft & Loss package. Consumers with an eligible devices can walk-in or mail-in their device and receive a free display repair.

Samsung Care+ subscribers now get unlimited $0 repairs for cracked screens and back glass on Galaxy S phones (previously $29 per repair). This free repair offer is only available for subscribers of the premium Theft and Loss tier of Samsung Care+.
