There will again be two in-season top 16 reveals leading up to the 2025 NCAA women’s basketball tournament, as the selection committee will share which teams are currently ranked in their top 16 ahead of Selection Sunday. The first reveal comes as the countdown hits one month before the official selections:

UCLA, the only unbeaten Division I team remaining, is on track to continue its best season in program history.

A mid-February meeting with Texas could decide who holds the cards to own the top No. 2 seed in the bracket, and there’s an opportunity to steal a line if the SEC winds up with two No. 1 seeds (a possibility). Or LSU could earn it outright by winning the SEC tournament.
