Wawa, the Pennsylvania-based gas and convenience store with a loyal fan following, has plotted two more North Carolina stores on the map, and those are in Johnston County.

Dan Wilkins, another U-Haul representative, added that other common areas the company sees movers coming to N.C. from include Ohio, New Jersey and New York. For the second year in a row, N.C. ranked No. 3 in top migration states. In 2022, the state wasn't far behind at No. 4.
