Rock legend Marilyn Manson will not be prosecuted in a Los Angeles rape and domestic violence case, prosecutors said Friday after a years-long investigation.

Prosecutors said the allegations against Manson exceeded the statute of limitations and they could not prove them "beyond a reasonable doubt".
