As it seems with most things around the Cleveland team, including the proposed new stadium, nothing seems to be simple. On the same day that multiple reports have the Browns naming Joe Flacco as the starting quarterback, comes a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter that Judkins’ signing is not imminent, as many thought it would be:

Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins won't be facing any formal charges stemming from an arrest in an alleged case of domestic violence, according to ESPN. The Broward (Fla.) State Attorney's Office has chosen not to move forward with the case, citing a lack of evidence and witnesses, as well as a "delayed report of the incident."

Prosecutors say there was "no reasonable likelihood of conviction" in the case against the rookie running back.
