GAINES COUNTY, Texas — Measles cases in Gaines County has risen to 24 Tuesday, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Cases broken down by age group: In the last two weeks, 24 cases have accumulated. The DSHS has reported nine of the 24 people with measles in Gaines County are hospitalized.
