Austin, Texas, artist Ryan Robinson joins ABC News Live to talk about her connection to Camp Mystic, which was devastated by recently flash flooding in Kerr County.

Flash flood watches are active for most of the Austin area today (Sunday) as searches continue for those missing from this weekend's devastating Central Texas floods. As of Sunday, 10 deaths were confirmed across Central Texas counties, with others, including a teen and fire official, still missing.

Effective immediately, all personal and commercial watercraft are prohibited on Austin waterways. That includes Lady Bird Lake, Barton Creek, Bull Creek, Lake Austin (from Mansfield Dam to Tom Miller Dam), the Colorado River downstream of Longhorn Dam, and surrounding creeks and streams.
