Savannah to be a founding team in new women’s basketball league
Savannah will be home to a professional women’s basketball team, in a league called “Upshot.” The new team, which doesn’t have a name yet, will share Enmarket arena with the Ghost Pirates. Both teams are already owned and operated by Zowyer Sports and Entertainment.
