The northbound 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles is closed Friday morning, as first responders are working with a woman on an overpass at Main Street. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the woman is experiencing a "behavioral emergency."

Both directions on the 101 Freeway are closed through downtown Los Angeles Friday morning due to a “behavioral emergency,” officials said. The incident began shortly before 7 a.m. on the North Main Street overpass above the 101 Freeway.

One person was killed Tuesday morning in a crash on the Harbor (110) Freeway in downtown Los Angeles. A witness told the California Highway Patrol at 4:57 a.m. that four vehicles were involved in the collision.
