A couple caused a backup and anger when they stopped traffic on a Houston highway for an impromptu ... to come to a halt while the pair took pictures in the middle of the busy road.

TxDOT reported this morning that an auto-pedestrian accident happened along I-45 North at West Road. Traffic has been backed up for hours past Shepherd and Mount Houston.
