A young man from Philadelphia's Rhawnhurst section is driving in the fast lane, taking to the track as possibly the city's only Formula Vee racer.

Earlier this month, Riley was inducted into the Formula Vee Hall of Fame. Bobby Rahal, one of many who piloted Riley cars, presented Riley with his award at the RRDC ceremony in Daytona Beach.
