Witnesses and authorities described a chaotic scene in which three people were shot and killed outside of a Kentucky driver's license office, including one man shot multiple times by masked assailants.

Three people are dead after a reported shooting outside of a Kentucky Department of Motor Vehicles location near Louisville. According to NBC affiliate WAVE, a shooting occurred in the parking lot of a driver’s license branch Friday around noon.
