The House is expected to turn to the Trump-backed GOP agenda bill today after the Senate narrowly passed the sweeping domestic policy package yesterday following a marathon overnight session that spanned more than 24 hours and saw votes on dozens of amendments.

The House convened Wednesday to take up President Trump's Senate-passed massive domestic policy bill, with Republicans aiming to approve the final version of the legislation ahead of a July 4 deadline to get the bill to the president's desk.

Congressional Republicans are hoping to send their sweeping tax and spending cuts package, otherwise known as the “big, beautiful bill,” to President Donald Trump’s desk by July 4. The House and Senate have each narrowly passed their own versions of the bill.
