Israel has agreed to the "necessary conditions" to finalise a 60-day ceasefire in Gaza, US President Donald Trump has said. During the proposed 60-day ceasefire, "we will work with all parties to end the War", Trump said in a post on Truth Social, without detailing what the conditions are.

Israel has yet to confirm Trump's announcement, which comes days ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's planned visit to the White House.

The U.S. President said Israel “agreed to the necessary conditions to finalize” a 60-day ceasefire, “during which time we will work with all parties to end the war.”
