FLINT, Mich. (WNEM) - Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist visited the Vehicle City on Thursday in his bid for governor. Gilchrist campaigned at the Flint Farmers' Market where he met with entrepreneurs, college students and other locals.

"We must stand tall against these attacks on our people," the lieutenant governor said. "We must fight for what matters. We must protect our people."
