The son of Deion Sanders, Shilo went undrafted this past April but was ultimately picked up by the Buccaneers in free agency. Sanders enjoyed a couple of solid seasons with the Buffaloes, most recently registering 67 tackles, a sack, a force fumble and a couple of fumble recoveries during the 2024 campaign.
The Colorado head coach introduced a dress code for his players while attending classes. Sanders forbade his players from wearing slides, hoodies and headphones during in-person classes, and said they must wear a shirt during online classes. He also told his players that they can't sit in the back of the classroom.
