The National Football Foundation has released the nominees for the College Football Hall of Fame class of 2025.

The National Football Foundation announced its 2025 Hall of Fame class on Wednesday, which includes four coaches and 18 players.

Dennis Thurman and Darrin Smith were among the best Cowboys defenders of their eras, but both left their mark on the college gridiron first.

Eslinger was a Gophers award-winning center in 2005 and Elliott a St. John’s All-America receiver in that era. Kleinsasser starred for North Dakota in college, then played for the Vikings.
