“Towne West Square was disconnected for nonpayment 7 times in the past 12 months. The mall has been owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group during these shutoffs,” said Courtney Lewis, who is the Senior Communications Manger of Media for Energy.

The sign on the door says, “Due to unforeseen circumstances the mall is closed at this time. No entry until further notice.”

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Town Center at Cobb is currently closed after being past due on paying its power bills, according to Georgia Power. In a statement, Georgia Power said it has tried to work with the mall for months to avoid shutting off its power. The power company added it provided numerous solutions to help.
