The Buffalo Bills were blown out of the water in their second preseason contest against the Chicago Bears on the road in a 38-0 final. As the scoreline indicates, there was not a lot of good for the Bills that made its way to Solider Field. Even so, it's still the preseason, so there is plenty of reading between the lines to do.
