The son of Chicago Bulls legend Ron Harper, Harper has played for the Toronto Raptors and Detroit Pistons over the first three seasons of his NBA career. His playing time has been limited, as he has only appeared in 11 games throughout that span, averaging 2.2 points a night, but he seems to have potential.

Ron Harper Jr. is back within the Celtics organization after spending some time in Boston last season. Per Spotrac’s Keith Smith, Harper signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Celtics, meaning he’ll be with the team for training camp.

As we edge closer to the start of the 2025-26 NBA season, teams are starting to prepare for training camp and preseason. This is the point in the summer when players begin to sign Exhibit 10 contracts, in the hopes of either earning a spot on a roster or being given a chance in the G League.
