Hi From Tajrish metro station to Telecabin Tochal : First go to Velenjaj district and Tochal complex in Bame Tehran. By taxi ; depending the traffic 15 -30 min. From Bame Tehran to 1st station of telecabin you have 20 min walk or by using cheap shuttles 4 min. From 1st to 5 st , you go by 1 ticket and there you change the line and you can go to 7 st. From 1st to 7st takes at least 20 min. This is also for return. I always go by food up and return by telecabin.

If you reserve a hotel in Tochal, you do not need to buy any additional ticket. I think other ski resorts around Tehran will be open at the time you mentioned and I prefer you look for some other Ski resorts like Shemshak, Dizin and Darband Sar. In all cases you may find hotel or suit close to the resort but in Tochal actually the hotel located in the resort. For Tochal you may search Hotel Tochal reservation in the search engines
The price is around 20,000 Toomans but you can buy ticket from some as discount system same as Takhfifan that offer you the tickets around 12,000 Toomans

yes there is a place to change your clothes actually there is a big hotel up there too , you can go inside and use it for reaching tochal ski slope , go to velrnjak, tochal parking, take a two way ticket of telecabin to go to ski slope when get there you can rent ski equipments but alittle expensive for rent , i dont know the prices you can go to the peak of tochal mountain too , it is 30 mins to reach there from 7 telecabin station(last station of telecabin) be prepare to very cold weather there (in winter) have fun
