DO NOT LET YOUR YOUNG PEOPLE USE THIS LINE. Not safe no one around and staff that are on don't care . I wanted toilet but very young man behind tickets said over and over again out of my control ??…Full review by Gillian M

I had no complaints on my first visit to Middlesbrough station. It was clean, well organised, and the train was on time. Also a good choice of places to grab refreshments from.Full review by freddiedoncaster
