Yes admission into Enchanted Island is free. It is appropriate for 3-4 year olds. They have height restrictions on the older kids rides, but there are helicopters, bumper boats, carousel, etc for the younger ones. Adults can go on the carousel with the child without a ticket. The train ride is a ticket and is worth seeing as it takes you thru the park and the golf course area. The wrist bands are the way to go but watch for coupons and Friday specials of $15. Also the park is only open a few days a week and closes by 2 thru the week, later on the weekend. Enjoy!.
